Don't forget to think of some ideas for the float for those who are interested. Remember, the theme is "The Wild, Wild West". Oh and keep in mind, Dan will be in chaps. A must see! Who would want to miss that?

I think Dan in KISS make-up to go with his chaps would win the float first place.

Lori Godlove (Goering)

I think Rick would do well in chaps too.

I'll wear KISS make-up. I have a couple times for Halloween. I still love the KISS from the 70s. I can not make a connection that would work with the parade theme.

H'bout THE GOOD, THE BAD and THE UGLY. One of us in Southeast Warren colors, one in Melcher colors and one in Mormon Trail colors. Just an idea. To let you know I can still think.

Yeah, I Facebook. I confess.

I am going up close to the Canadian border the next four days. My friend and I go stomp through the woods looking for moose antlers. It is a fanatstic time. Word has it that there is still a foot of snow in some areas up there.

I'll have photos for all to view next week.

Lori everytime I get on here and read about Dan in chaps I start drifting off and can't type very well so I don't say anything.

KISS and wild wild west. They made Dr. Pepper work so anything is possible.

Yep- Terri and Ruth does too. And it is very addicting. Check out Robin Spence's and the Alumni for this year. It sounds like fun.

I think the "Good, Bad, Ugly" idea is a great one. Any SEW grad from that era could relate. I'm sure Dan could tie in why he's in KISS makeup and chaps on the float.

Becky Lundberg (King)

I agree with Rick, I think Dan's idea of "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" sounds great! It seems like we could go several different directions with that...I speak only for myself here but I probably wouldn't have to work too hard to make myself "ugly"....

Looks like our website is rather slow. Everyone must be out enjoying the nice weather. That is where I am headed- out side.

I am back from the north woods. Four fabulous days of walking the the woods. In one day I could be walking in over a foot of snow to catching a frog to seeing a frozen lake to seeing butterflies. The seasons were colliding in this very unique eco-system.

KISS make-up and chaps and making it all work with the Wild West theme. Who came up with the Wild West theme anyway? I am at a loss for ideas.

Becky, Head East was fantastic. There is only one original member but they still rocked!

Christina Haltom (Farrar)

After 4 days of walking in the frozen tundra north, I think you were seeing mirages, Dan. :) Butterflies?? I suppose you saw little people with wings sitting on top of toadstools too. lol

Sounds like a wonderful time no matter! Glad you had fun. How are your Cards doing?

Oh there you guys are. Welcome back Danny. I missed your knowledge. Did you find many moose horns?

Ruth Bertrand (Hall)

I'm back from my business trip in Chicago. Can't make it for the parade so take lots of pictures of the guys in chaps! Next trip is Vegas with the family, it's cool to have grown children: my girls are 24 and 21 now! Ruth

Lori Godlove (Goering)

Oh come on Ruth. Come back to Milo! And I do know what you mean about having grown children. But I also miss the little stages. Oh, and for the record in Vegas, I really don't like Annie Duke and I hope Joan Rivers kicks her butt on Sunday. See you in July!

Christi, I did not see the little people with wings until I ate the toadstools. They were in 3D as well.

I found a moose antler in less than 20 minutes on the first day in the woods. We did not find another after that. They are highly sought after as they bring a decent price. Some people have dogs trained to find them. The moose population is down the last few years. I did see a lot of bear and wolf tracks in the woods.

I see Scott Harmison is on Facebook. I will direct him to this COOL site.
