A huge thanks to everyone that came out on Friday night. That was a lot of fun. Guy is alright for a Cubs fan. Where the hell was Edgar, Scott K, Carla, Becky , Kevin & Rick?

On my drive back to Minnesota, I came up with some float ideas. I will post them this weekend and will ask for your opinions and ideas.

OK! Classmates dudes and dudettes. Here is my vision for the float. This is working with Becky's twist on the parade theme of Wild Wild West. That being, uh, something about the Class of '78 being the wildest class of the west or east or south and east Warren. Clarification needed, please.

Visualize this, we create a brick wall looking back drop with graffiti sprayed on it. Stuff like Class of '78 Rules, Eubanks was Here, Melcher Sucks. Huh? Then we can either find a couple former teachers to cooperate with us or we could have a couple classmates play the role of a couple former teachers and have them bound to a couple chairs. As the rest of us are dressed in western attire. We could also have some under classmen getting snuggies (major over the top snuggies). Do you get the idea? I fear if I give out any further ideas, I may be opening some deep dark secrets from 30+ years ago. BUT, I am open to any other craziness that occurred during our reign in S.E.W. that would fit this idea. Let's have some fun with this.

Edgar, I can simulate a #2 lead pencil being stabbed into my right hand. The lead is still in there! Ah, memories.

Dan-Sorry we missed everyone Friday night. I told Rick about it, but he was trying to get the last of his planting done. Your float idea sounds good. I'd hit up Mr. Riley and see if he would participate in your class float. Having Mr. Schnelle on the float would really rock, but doubt he'd go for it. How about Fornash?

I'll ask, but what am I suppose to say exactly and who are your first choices or do I ask all of them and you'll take it from there? Let me know and I'll get busy and contact them. Mr. and Mrs. Burrell might do it together if you want me to ask. Rick was basically planting in mud to get done and I don't think it was fun if you know what I mean.
