I think we missed Autumn up here. What the hell happened? I'll be winterizing this old house on Sunday. Then it will warm to 70 and I'll have all the windows covered in plastic. Ya know it will. I hope it will.

How late is the bar open in Milo and how late will you be celebrating Max jumping to the "other side"? I am heading south Saturday night but I will not be in Milo until 1:00AM or a little later.

Christi, glad to hear things are Cool and ROCKIN' on the "other side". I am not sure how your daughter got the ROCKIN' gene from me but it is good to hear.

Anyone know of Ron Backstrom's whereabouts? Did anyone else get a weird e-mail that kind of indicated that he may have passed away? I hope not but the e-mail was rather weird.

HEE HEE!!!! Well, I have tried to keep track of my genes but you never know when one might get away from you.

I look forward to my second half century. This one has been good and the next one will be better. This website allows us Warhawks to keep our youthful outlook on life.

Is there any history or myths on how we became the Warhawks? It is a bad ass name. I am just curious who we can credit with the nickname. Better than being a Golden Gopher. A university the size of the University of Minnesota and that is the best they could come up with. Needless to say, this Hawkeye fan makes Gopher fans' lives miserable up here. Last year's 55-0 football win was priceless fun for me.

I did not make Milo until 1:45AM Sunday morning. Went to the farm and crashed. I am glad to hear there was a good turn out for Max. I heard he was well aware of the "surprise".

he didn't know about it until they got there and Dwayne was going in the bar at the same time and said happy birthday to him Brenda said that some of them closed down the bar her and max didn't leave until about that time 1:45
