So far I am digging this October weather. It was in the 80s all last week in this frigid state. I can only imagine how it was down south. After last winter I can wait a couple more months for that to start again but I fear it will be here soon.

Hi All,

Great to see Danny put the World Series survey on the website.  Hard to believe the Cards made it to the playoffs, and then beat the best team in baseball (arguably), the Phillies.  I'm glad they did!  Maybe they can pull it off!

Headed to Texas tomorrow with my wife for a week to enjoy some time off and to celebrate and learn more about the Feast of Ingathering/Tabernacles/Booths/Sukkoth.  (see Leviticus 23:33-43; Exodus 23:16; Numbers 29:12-34; Deuteronomy 16:13-15; Zechariah 14:16-19; Psalms 104:19; John 7:2,37). A lot of names for the same festival!  We spent our honeymoon in Texas so it will be nice to get back there.  It's been a while.

Hard to believe my Cardinals are in the PLAYOFFS?!?!?!? Yeah, who am I to talk. I gave up on them in August. Sure turned my baseball season around with that season finish.

How about a poll for Presidentail candidates? Too early? No one cares yet? As a Iowan Minnesotan you can take this statemnet to the bank. Michelle Bachmann is a complete ego maniac nutball. Just my opinion. It's the truth. She is a nutball.

KISS Alive II was nearly a standard issue album to have if you grew up in our fantastic decade. Eddie Balandas was the voice of the electric intro on this album. Eddie passed away this week.  We wanted the BEST and Eddie gave us the BEST. The Hottest band in the world KISS!!!! I still play this album frequently. Rest in peace, Eddie.

I could not be happier that Bachmann is out. I listened to her press conference this morning and I do not know how I kept from driving off the road. She is insane. I like Perry. He is just nutty enough that it would be fun to have him in the  White House. Looks like he is packing it in, too. I guess I will have to throw my support to the Bregar/Eubanks (?) ticket.
