The last decade of my life has been filled with many unique situations. In 2002 I was told that due to a very rare form of Cancer I had less than six months to live. That was nine years ago and I'm still kicking. Than in 2010 I was found to have prostate cancer. After a year of shots and 45 straight days of radation thearpy it seems that I again out ran death. I wrote a book about my life back in 2002 when I thought I had less than a year to live. It is called "Waiting to Die, Praying to Live". You can find it on my web site jerrylclumsr.com
I'm 68 years old now and although I never became the great photographer or trumpet player that I once sought to be, I have had a good and exciting life. My wife of 47 years (Carol) has been my greatest fan and supporter. She gave me the three best sons a man could have. I have ten grand children and a really loving family. In the end what more could anyone desire.
I discovered that Life goes by in a Flash and rather than spend any time fearing death you should LIVE every day as your last, because it truly could be,
My slogan as well as my OHIO License tags is:
LIVE ON
This is the total knowlege of the world put into two words.
Thank you school mates and friends, I hope you will remember this 1961 boy.
