Tampa, Florida - Linda Spargur passed away on January 26, 2021 at Moffitt Cancer Hospital in Tampa, FL, with her husband Bill Spargur and daughter Christina at her side. She was 77 years young. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Pearl Eidson, infant son, Steven, and husband Norman W. Sandvoss Jr. She is survived by husband Bill Spargur, daughter Christina Sandvoss Montrone (Joe), Sister Betty Bursiek, stepson Christopher Spargur (Maggie), stepdaughter Lindsey (Clay Hicks), and step grandchildren Colt, Keegan, Lennon and Emmy. In addition many special Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Linda graduated from Lima Senior High and Miami University (Ohio). She worked in Lima, Ohio for Ohio Power and was featured on a weekly television show that was an early version of the Food Channel. She lived in Kent, Ohio most of her life and was a patient representative for the local hospital. She started her own business that helped families and senior citizens manage budgets and take care of details when they needed help. Linda was involved in a host of charities, fund raisers, Church mission trips and women's organizations for many years. She loved playing bridge with friends, baking desserts, traveling and enjoying family and friendships that lasted decades. She resided in Hilton Head Island, SC the past five years and loved meeting new people, gardening, walk daily with neighbors, and travel back and forth to St. Pete Beach that she often called her "happy place". A celebration of her life is being planned in Kent, Ohio at a later date "when we can all gather together safely".
