The Class of 1989 Remembers Those Who Have Passed Before Us

For some of us life has been cut short and yet we do not know whether our own lives will extend through this day.  We will never know why they had to leave so soon, and perhaps that is the beauty of faith.  Those we cherish remain in our hearts regardless of their presence on this earth and perhaps that is the beauty of love.  But the pain is not easy to forget and the memories are all we have, and so, we try to say goodbye and continue to hold on at the same time.
