I work in East Peoria campus for Midwest Technical Institute - my job is very exciting and everchanging. I enjoy what i do. My daughter goes to college in Bloomington and is going to school to study radiography. My husband and i have been married since 2003, but we have been together since 1994. He is my best friend. We live on a farm in Elkhart and enjoy our home.
Definatly the teacher strike- when they ended up bringing in the substitute teachers and out of a class of 18 kids there were maybe 10 -but for some reason everyone was there and accounted for. I had never skipped school until then- and i kinda liked it, because i never got caught =-)
Favorite things of from the 80's: (i.e. Movies, songs, fashions, etc.)
Everything about the 80's was fun!! Cruising Woodlawn and the "square", sitting at 4 corners. Skateland was fun. Hanging out with the kids from Broadwell and New Holland-Middletown was good times too!!
