You are so right to be worried about me,Sony. I am worried about me too. I stay with those kids all the time, along with their 4 1/2 year old brother (the twins are 1 1/2), but normally I only have them for a few hours, so this is going to be quite an experience. I don't know if I will have their brother or not, but I told their mom I was skeert to keep all of them for a whole weekend. He may be going to stay with his grandpa for the weekend, and, as much as I will miss him, I hope he does.
I hope everyone can remember my big head of hair, because it may be gone after next weekend. Perhaps Tony/Elvis has an extra wig.
They do keep a fully stocked bar...
Hope you guys have a great time! I will be thinking about you!

Hope you had a good fourth, we had a shrimp boil last night and blew up way to many fireworks. Holler when your coming thru town and we'll get together.

Hi, Everyone!!

Thank you to Stephanie and Robin for such a wonderful 25- year class reunion. I've loved the other three, too, but this was my favorite! Thank you to all of you that were able to come as it was so great to see you!! We missed those of you who weren't able to make it.

I agree with everyone else about Tony/Elvis. He was awesome and we hope you come in first place in that big contest next month. Mike, what a beautiful class song you wrote! And we sure loved Steve Leopard's video and band. Yes, I voted for them and hope they win. Wouldn't it be great if they performed at our 30 year reunion?? Hint. :-) We definitely have a talented class!

I know there are already some upcoming get togethers planned, which is great! Some of us talked about a mini reunion next June for anyone who wants to attend. We realize it won't be big like the 25 or 30 year but would still be fun! Possibly a location in West Little Rock on a Saturday night with casual dress. Stephanie told me that it's important to book a location a year in advance because they fill up. The Union Train Station was perfect, but it is a $4,000 committment and I don't want that responsibility. So my question is...do any of you know an affordable location we could have a mini reunion? Something like a backroom of a restaurant, clubhouse, or ??? I live in Georgia and have been away from LR for years, so I don't really know all of the options. For you in the WLR area, please let me know of any ideas or thoughts that you have on this. Also, JoAnne (Slack) offered to help me and I'm open to any other volunteers. Obviously, there won't be much to do for quite a while, except to find a good location and date.

My last request is asking for help on my business. Here's the background: I had a God-given idea in 2005 and developed it into a professional product in 2006. It's a goal setting system to help people achieve their dreams and it's packaged as a personalized gift item called "MySuccessBox". It's perfect for any type of special recognition or reward type of gift for people with teams or for companies to give to their employees. Anyway, I have spent the past 2.5 years in a successful test market, received a registered trademark, set up the manufacturing and distribution (made in the USA!!), improved the MSB system and design for 1.5 years, received endorsements from the 2 top personal development leaders (Zig Ziglar and Bob Proctor) and created the marketing and website (www.mysuccessbox.com). I'm also almost finished writing my first book: Designing Your Dream Life...27 Days to a Happier You! My request is for those of you who have the interest and time to look at my website to let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas for me as far as marketing. There are SO many different avenues for marketing, but I have a small budget because of everything leading up to this. I need to make wise decisions. I know many of you are very business minded and creative, so I thought it was worth asking to the whole group. I've worked so hard on building this strong foundation and now just have to get it out "there." Please e-mail me personally if you have any ideas. Thank you in advance for your help!!

Take care and I hope you all are having a great 4th of July weekend!!!!!!

Tina

Hello all! Been reading up on the forums and trying keep everything straight, that is a chore! Hope everyones July 4th was a good one. We had a quiet day at home and then went out for a drive on the Blue Ridge to watch the fireworks. As we all were sleeping coming into the morning of the 4th, our son along with 1511 of his other military co-horts were in Al-Faw (one of saddams palace's) re-enlisting in the military. If you would like to see the video of the swearing of the oath, you can go to http://www.bobkrumm.com/blog/?p=1930. Its a pretty awesome site and each time I watch it, I tear up. Nik is safe back at his base southeast of Baghdad now and looking forward to going back to his platoon on down the river. Our kids are amazing and every day, Nik teaches me to admire him even more. Peace everyone...
