Carrie Causbie (Cora) we are ok. It blew right over our house last night. We live just off Congo road. We did spend some time in the hall last night. It sure was scary. This morning it took me over 2 hours to get to County Line due to the street flooding. I believe I am the only one who made it to work from Saline County. I hope everyone else is ok!

Jennifer Hutchison (Schoonover) My prayers are with all you guys.........we had some weather in Indiana but nothing like what you got. I am thankful everyone seems to be ok. Jennifer Hutchison (Schoonover) Hello all, I just received a phone call from James Bell telling me that Scott Perciful and his family's house was flooded last night. I am still trying to confirm this information. If anyone knows could they please post the info. Let us know how Scott and his family are doing and if they need anything.

That was quite a night. I spent it at The Peabody watching the weather blow across the Arkansas River. At one point, they made us leave our rooms for the safety of the basement. I didn't really want to see the two old ladies in bath robes and face masks packed into the crowded elevator with us, but I decided it was better than the risk of remaining where I was.

I understand from Vicki McSwain (Caserta) that Scott Perciful and his family lost everything to a flood but are otherwise fine. Also, the tornado in Bryant touched down close to Vicki's house, but she and Lance are fine, and it didn't appear to damage their home.

On another note, I noticed on the drive back to Memphis that the Mississippi River is so far out of its normal spot that you could push a boat over the levy in West Memphis and make the trip over to downtown Memphis.

The tornado that went across Everett Buick GMC sat down right on top of my house and tore about half of the shingles off of my roof. My fence is down, windows broken, siding, soffit, fascias torn off and interior water damage from the roof leaks. Oh well,.... my family is all right and I have good insurance. I knew one day that having fourteen years experience as a property claim adjuster might come in handy!

Someones memory has got to be better than mine. I remember that our cap and gowns were red and white. I do not remember blue being one of the school colors. Was it? Were our colors red, white and blue?

Christy Summers ~ did the cheerleading uniforms have blue in them?

I am working with the caterer on colors and sent the graduation announcement picture which also has blue in it. Someone let me know ASAP. Thanks

Just a little FYI for everybody. I wanted to spread the word about an incredible useful website that I have been using for the past 2 years. You may or may not know about it but I wanted to post it for those who don't.

It is completely free and you can post to sell or buy things (all free). If you have some old things around the house that clutter and want to get rid of it, you can put as long as a description of what your selling and even upload 4 good quality pics. There is many other things available on there as well, such as jobs, services, real estate (for sale, rental, commercial, etc.) Just check it out. When you get to the first page, just go to arkansas and click little rock. You'll be addicted to it before you know it. I wanted to tell everyone about it because it has done me a world of good, not to mention, made me a bunch of money from advertising my business. Have fun with it and let me what ya'll think.
