After graduating from LBCC in 1969 I married by sweet husband and started our family. In 1986 I returned to school graduating from CSULB with a BA in history and my multiple subject teachers credential in 1988. After teaching school for only a year, I started as claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual. During my eleven years tenure I worked as a field adjuster, claims supervisor and Director of the Special Investigation Unit. After leaving Liberty I worked for several other insurance companies and retired in 2010.
