A discount agreement has been completed and is valid 16OCT12 – 24OCT12 for travel to JFK/LGA/EWR.

The Promotion Code you will need to give to your meeting attendees is 92H2AZ.  Please allow 1 hour for the code to be loaded for use on www.AA.com .
 
Your attendees will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare.
 
When you and your guests need to make airline reservations, call American Airlines at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to your Promotion Code 92H2AZ or go online to www.AA.com  and choose More Flight Search Options and insert the promotion code in the appropriate box.

For a Rental Car, please contact AVIS at 1-800-331-1600 refer to AWD# B136001 to reserve your car at a discounted rate.  Attendees outside the US will need to call 1-918-624-4301.
 
There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $25.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $35.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport.  This amount is subject to change.  At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com .
 
The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.  Itineraries involving any oneworld or codeshare partner airline carriers,(except Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air) provide service, can be booked via the phone through our Meeting Services Department at 800-433-1790 for passengers calling from the US and Canada, or via your local AA reservations number for international attendees with your Promotion code.  The use of American Airlines Codeshare will require that one segment is on American Airlines metal.

A ticketing service fee will apply for reservations made via the phone or in person at an AA counter.

Passengers are responsible for all applicable baggage fees at time of travel.  Please refer to www.AA.com/baggage for current baggage allowance and fees and bag/box embargo information.

A copy of the discount agreement with the Promotion Code can be faxed/e-mailed to you if you reply with a fax number and refer to the Promotion Code.
