Debbie Horne Engle

After graduataing from Lyman in 1969, I attended Southern College of Business and Technology and received a degree in computer programming. In 1971 I married Jerry Warren, class of 68. We were blessed with four beautiful children. After Brittany was born, I was fortunate to be able to stay home and raise our children. After a 36 year marriage, that included 9 years of separation, Jerry and I divorced in July 2007. I married another Lyman graduate, Chuck Engle, class of 68. We have been married for six and a half years and he has brought a lot of happiness into my life.

My youngest child Jeremy, and my two daughters, Brittany and Allison have all graduated from UF. The My oldest son, Sean, owns his own business, Aloha Pools. I now have 7 grandchildren. I am having fun spending time with my grandchildren and continuing to sell real estate. I am currently working for PR Real Estate in Orlando. I have been selling real estate in Orlando, for the past fourteen years.

I really didn't have a favorite teacher, but I did enjoyed my classes in Bookkeeping and Typing with Ms. Pierce, who was young with a china doll face and perfect hair that did not move, English with Ms. McCall and CBE with Ms. McLaughlin.
