Class Fund
Dear Classmates,
I hope you are making plans to attend our 20th class reunion events the weekend of July 11. At your earliest convenience, please visit the class website created by Lorie Garner Austin - www.classcreator.com/Lynchburg-TN-Moore-County-1989. Even if you are unable to attend, please go to the website and give us an update. If you have problems, please contact Lorie at jkawife@aol.com, (H) 931-454-0934, (C) 931-247-9552 for help.
It is very important that you make reservations ahead of time so the appropriate amount of food can be prepared. Please forward your meal reservation money as soon as possible.
Our class fund has maintained a balance of approximately $325 since graduation. Prior reunions have been self-funded, using very little of our class fund. Unfortunately, we have lost a classmate. Jerry Warren passed away March 5 of this year. Let’s face it, as the years pass, so will we. We feel it is very important that our fund be used for purchases in memory of deceased classmates. In these tough economic times, our personal budgets tighten. I understand and respect that. However, I would like to ask you to consider a separate donation to the class fund for the specific purpose of memorials to classmates when we pass away. Confidential donations may be mailed or given to me at any time. You may also make your donation directly to Farmers Bank of Lynchburg payable to “MCHS Class of 1989.”
I really hope to see each of you on July 11.
