What a life; what a ride!

Left the weirdo religion by 1973, but already had an odd husband and a child from the religion. Divorced him in 1978, went to college, got married again, moved to WV (wild and wonderful mostly - but I was NOT a witch, even though my neighbors down the holler thought I was; just a little psychic, maybe). Had two more kids, eventually gave up on Back to the Earth, moved to MD and civilization. Ended up in Harrisburg, PA (I will NOT retire here). That's about it.

Side note: Went back to Manassas recently to see my childhood home out in Bradley Forest (cried a little); saw also that they had torn down most of the original Baldwin Elementary... I went to 1st grade there (anyone else have Mrs. Kincheloe for First Grade?); then my family moved to NY (2nd-3rd grades) & Ohio (4th-5th grades) & Arlington,VA (6th grade).
Came back to Manassas starting with 7th grade - Marstellar Jr. H.S. - the misery of gym class and taking showers with that odd teacher watching us like a hawk.

That's about it. I continue to have birthdays. Well over half a century old. Whew. Who'd'a thunkit?

Not very interesting - refused to do homework unless it intrigued me.
Got a D---- (I think it was 4 minuses) on a term paper because I did not believe a term paper was proper in a creative writing class. Mr. Gilbert disagreed.
Was not college-bound because of the religion - so why should I care if my grades were good? I had brains but no desire.
It's a wonder I didn't start smoking and become a "bad girl." Almost wish I had!
