FOSTER, Martha Jane "Marti" (Adamson)

Martha Jane "Marti" (Adamson) Foster, 61, of Manchester, beloved wife for over 14 years of Donald C. Foster, died at home Saturday (August 20, 2005). Born in Manchester June 14, 1944, daughter of the late Earl V. and Evelyn (Stevenson) Adamson, she was raised in Manchester and graduated from Manchester High School. Prior to retiring in 1994 Marti had been employed by The Hartford Insurance Group for over 15 years. She was a member of the Community Baptist Church and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and various crafts. Besides her husband she is survived by a brother, Earl V. Adamson Jr. and his wife Donna of Angier, NC; her uncle and aunt, Rit and Nancy Stevenson of Bolton; and several nieces and nephews.
