John W. Bukowski, Sr. of Manchester departed this world on Monday (April 19, 2004). He was born June 20, 1943 in Terryville. Jackie was an avid outdoorsman who will be dearly missed by family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Agnes Pawlicki Kolodziej and step-father, Felix Kolodziej. He is survived by his three children, Kathryn Bukowski and Richard Rogers of Manchester, Christine and Mark Tripp of Vernon, and John Bukowski of Swansee, SC. He also leaves his sister, Diane Angotta of South Windham and his brother, Walter (Sebastian) Kolodziej of Wethersfield and his former wife, Martha Bukowski of East Hartford. He leaves his dear friends, Sally Zito and Edwin (Dutch) White. He is survived by eight grandchildren.
