SABAT. Joseph M. Sabat II, 51, of East Street, Hebron, formerly of Manchester, died Friday (Aug. 4, 1995) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Manchester, Dec. 21, 1943, the son of the late PVT Joseph M. Sabat, died 11 Oct 1944 in England and Anna (Priskwaldo) Sabat Brown of Andover, he graduated from Manchester High School, and attended Manchester Community College and Central Connecticut State College, and had been a resident of Hebron since 1972. Prior to retiring due to ill health, he had been a senior claims adjuster for the insurance industry. Besides his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Julie A. Sabat of Manchester; his son, Joseph M. Sabat III of Hebron; his former wife, Lori Kapinos of Middletown; his step-father, Walter J. Brown of Hebron; his brother, Walter J. Brown Jr. of Coventry.
