I just found my yearbook. Dusted it off and I'm beginning to get my memory back. Names have been forgotten but looking at the old pictures brings it all back.
Thank you for this wonderful site and for letting me remember the wonderful people i went to school with.I just wish i could go back and start over. You cant wait to leave school but once you leave you wish you never had to. I lost my yearbook years ago when i moved to florida somehow, is there a way to order a new one?
Wow, great site. I was wondering when I would get word of reunion activity and here it is. Thank you for the hard work and thoughtful effort. I'm looking forward to connecting with folks over the next few months.
I, too, would love to get ahold of a copy of our yearbook. Anyone in the copying business who could economically reproduce one?
Fabulous site! Thanks to everyone who did all the hard work to make this come together. I'll be sure to pass it along to anyone I know who's "missing".
Thanks for all the great posts and comments about the site. I don't know a way to get a new yearbook but in this day of technology, I bet one could be scanned. I'm not sure where mine is - maybe someone could look at the copyright. It wouldn't be the same but at least you'd have the memories.
As for posting pictures, that's in the plans. Keep checking. We're all busy as you can probably relate to, but we'll get there!
True confessions...Did you have a secret crush in high school? (please, please, please, let it be with me) Did you marry someone from the class of 1979? I want details! Who married whom, how you finally came together and how you keep it going. Details and confessions. I'll start, I had a crush on someone in my math and science class who didn't even know I existed. I'm pretty sure I absolutely never heard the sound of his voice (so you know it was real love, based on shared values.) He had dark hair and George Clooney eyes. (I have already told my husband, so don't even bother trying to blackmail me.) Anyone else?
Brenda, there exists a website "myoldyearbookcd.com" that will process the yearbooks on disc at $29.95 with a minumum order of 20. Check it out and see if $30 bucks is worth it to those that have lost it.
Well Melissa, I didn't marry anyone from High School or anything, but I did have a mad crush while in MMHS. Because of any number of reasons, including the times we were in, this was not going to be a happening thing so alas, my crush remained my secret. Still is.
Must have been for the best as I am now with the great bald guy. It will be interesting to see who ended up together and yes, I'd love to hear the stories as well.
Are you going to fess up to YOUR crush at the reunion? You tell me yours and I'll tell you mine!
