Glenn you ass...very funny...and we don't work at the same PD so sucking up to him will get me absolutely nowhere! And my Chief is married..so forget about a comment on that!
Pat Moran, your mother made that dress for me. She was a peach! She was scandalized when I told her that I was pairing it with purple accessories. The guy that dyed my shoes (Dyed Shoes!!!!) thought I was nuts too. Now, no one would even notice.
Kevin Farley is one of the administrators at Goffstown High. (Where one or more of our classmates is the parent of a student.) I sent Kevin an email via the school’s websites (That’s right, Glenn, more detective work) I think I wrote my name and Class of 1979 in the subject line and patiently waited for a response. So far…Nada! I obviously have no influence. We need to sic a local on him.
Also, has anyone tried to tracked down Marc Lamere or Jo-Ann Skeffington?
When we organized my husband's reunion, we used peoplefinders.com to tracked down the final scragglers (of course this was before myspace and Facebook) but if the Reunion Committee is looking for another way to find people...
Hello All, Margo Ceplinskas and I are starting a scholarship fund for the benefit of graduating seniors at, you guessed it, MMHS. We need your help. In order to make this all legal (and to ensure that I don't leave for Mexico with the money), we need at least five individuals to participate as board members. This a NH requirement when forming a "non-profit" organization. We will also need help with fund-raising, scholarship selection crieteria, and selection process. Of course, if you just want to send money, that is ok too! :-)
Ok, so who wants to be part of something worthwhile? ...to be able to brag to your friends that you sit on the board of a NH corporation? I know you're out there! Contact me at stevehz@comcast.net.
Definitely a worthwhile proposition... lots of great kids at Memorial need financial help to move forward with their lives. Maybe it would inspire other grad years to do the same...
