Donna Keenan (Grady)

Before we visit the funeral home, we could go to a nursing home to scope out our rooms. I hear Villa Crest is the best. Perhaps we could sample the food while we are there...just a thought :)

How about a PIG ROAST? I have done a few in my time. Oh by the way class mates my father is home and doing great. Thanks for the prayers and the calls I REALLY NEEDED THEM.

I went to one pig roast and almost got sick. Apple in it's mouth and all. And let me just say pork is one of my favorites but I don't want to see it. Especially at the end of the pig roast when we were all done and they let their dog go at it. I ate other stuff...

Richard: A pig roast is a big event and would be a lot of fun. Sorry you missed an opportunity with the competition, but I'm very glad to hear your dad is doing well.

Donna: you crack me up!

I do like the idea of a big 50th birthday party.

Michelle Tanguay (Considine)

I say we should have a 50th party for those turning 50 this year and another one in 2011 for those who turn 50 next year. It will give us something else to look forward to! I'll celebrate at both!!!

How does a cruise sound? I can hook us up with someone who books them for a living! I love cruising!

Joan Whitcomb (Pledger)

Hey Donna, why dont you cruise on over to the pig roast, blind folded. Ha ha.

I think a kids playground would be a great place to celebrate our 50th birthdays, or perhaps Chucky Cheese......

Just popping in to say hello. So much sad news to read. We really have come to "that age", haven't we? snowing like mad out now. Waiting for winter and school to end.
Sending good thoughts and best wishes.

Wow! Donna...you came up with the cruise idea...it just doesnt seem nearly MORBID enough for you, based on what I've been reading...

Wow guys! Donna what's with the morbid thoughts?? I don't know about you but 50 isn't that close to the grave! I like the idea of a pig roast by our school master chef, Richard!!! I think that would be a blast and very family friendly!!!

What the heck is going on with all of these weather patterns? We get a bad storm and I know I am still out of power. Thankfully it isn't too cold out so don't have to worry about my pipes freezing!! Hawaii is having tsunami warnings; Argentina and Chile are having earthquakes! Is it just that we have better communication world wide now or are there really more tragedies happening around the world?! Guess it will be what it will be so let's live everyday like it is our last!!!:)

let's do a massive skydiving event that will get the blood flowing to the brain again so we stop this thread about going to funeral homes.

Jeez Louise...I was just trying to be funny. I don't have a black cloud over my head. I still have a sense of humor!

Miles, when did you get to be such an adrenaline junkie?

03/03/10 07:57 AM #1940

Colette Hebert (Lucas)

Confirmation that Myles is both an adrenaline junkie and a great athlete: photos on his profile page commemorating his ride to the top of Mt. Washington on his bike. My CAR had a hard time getting to the top!

Myles, don't even think of suggesting we have our next reunion on the top of Mt. Washington. Even by car it's a bit scary. We would need an ambulance in wait at the top and bottom.

But Mt. Monadnock in Dublin is fabulous, particularly in the fall. I believe it is the most climbed mountain in the world. (Used to be Mt. Fuji until they put in an auto road).

Collete- Love Monadnock. I used to work at the McDowell Colony for Peter Barnes. Great guy.
