Hello to everyone who cares......and the ones that do not! unfortunately life keeps me away from the reunion but i would like to go ahead and say hello to everyone and send good hopes to all in what they are doing. so.........hello. lol
Hi everyone, I’m sorry for the delay in communicating. My baby decided to come three weeks early, so I’m just now catching up. This email contains a lot of information, so please read carefully. - This is the last time that I will send an email through all three venues (classcreator.com, facebook, and myspace). I will only send messages via classcreator.com from this point on. However, I will post the information on the facebook and myspace pages. So if you would like to make sure you know what’s happening, create a profile on classcreator.com. - You may now register and pay for the reunion activities. If you are sure you are coming, we ask that you register and pay as soon as possible. - Michelle Call Snavely has graciously volunteered to collect pictures for a class slideshow to be shown at the reunion. Please take a few minutes to scan some of your favorite and most embarrassing pictures from high school and send them to Michelle. Her email address is snavelymichelle@gmail.com. The deadline to submit pictures is July 31st at 2 PM.
- Speaking of volunteers…we need some! Here’s a list of things that we’ve brainstormed so far, but I’m sure there’ll be more. So please specify something that you can help with or just let me know you’re available and I’ll contact you as things come up.
o Decorations – if you are crafty or have any ideas of things that would “take us back to our childhood” o Setup and cleanup for both events o Contacting classmates o If interest allows, design a class t-shirt to be purchased via our website. o Someone with a truck to pick up picnic food from cater o Desserts for the picnic – to keep the cost of the picnic down, I thought we could bring our own delicious goodies. Please let me know if you can make a dessert and what it would be, so we won’t have repeats. o Items to be donated or borrowed: Giveaways – this could be items that you buy and just donate or items from your place of work, etc. A “WELCOME MARION SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1999” sign Outside toys to entertain the kids at the picnic.
- Make sure that you list a few songs that remind you of our years together when registering for the reunion. We are going to give the list to the D.J., so we can dance to the same songs that we used to at dances and sock hops!
- And lastly, spread the word to every MSHS 1999 grad you know!!
