Family Picnic

11:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Bring the kids and join us for a picnic, including hamburgers, hotdogs, side items, desserts, & drinks. The cost for the food and shelter rental will be $6.00 per adult and $3.00 per child (ages 3-12).

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

 There has been another change in the picnic location.  Apparently you can “reserve” the first- come-first-serve River Walker shelter.  A church group was promised the shelter by the mayor.  So our plans have changed again and this will be the last time….I promise!

We will have our picnic at the shelter on Highland Drive located near the primary school and behind Marion Baptist Church.

Again, I sincerely apologize for all these last minute changes.  Please pass the word onto others that are registered to come as I know not everyone checks their email every day.  Thank you all so much for your understanding and I will see you on Saturday!

 


Evening Gathering at the Lincoln Hotel Ballroom

7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Join us for food, dancing, and fun as we get together to relive old memories with a slideshow and catch up with old friends. The evening will include appetizers, a D.J., and a cash bar. Dress for the event is business casual to semi-formal.

The cost for the event is $25 per person.  Registration will close on July 26 as we need confirm the numbers for catering.

If you would like to reserve a room at the hotel, tell them you are with the reunion.  Once 10 rooms are reserve, you will receive a discount.

Payment for Events:

You may pay for the events online using PayPal.  Due to the fees associated with PayPal, the ticket costs are more.  The online cost for the family picnic is $6.75 for adults and $3.50 for children (3-12).  The online cost for the evening gathering is $26.25 per person.  Please make sure that you follow through with the online payment section.  It will direct you to the PayPal website from this site and you will receive a confirmation email that payment has been received.

***The deadline for registration to both events is July 26th.  No registrations will be accepted after that time.  If there is an issue, please email ASAP.*** 

 

Safety Note:

We would like to encourage our classmates to be safe if you choose to drink at the reunion.  Please designate a sober driver or bring a copy of these numbers so that you can call a cab.
