I spent 8yrs as an automotive mechanic then joined a Union Millwright apprentice program for 3yrs. I worked for a Disaster Restoration Co. for 4yrs and did alot of homes in Martinsville following the tornado in 2001. I now work for Midwest Rental Seevice which a company that provides disaster restoration equipment nationwide. I married the girl I started dating the fall of '88 and we were married in '94. We now live on the Southwest side of Indy in Decatur Twp. Our boys are very active in sports and I coach them in Baseball and Basketball. We are very active in our church and I sit on various boards and commities. I am the League Director of Decatur Upward Basketball which is a Nationwide Childrens Sports Ministry.
John Skaggs, Mike Mckee and I were sitting behind the Golden Corral after work one Friday night drinking beer. Christina Cardinal and our assistant manager Kelly(they were dating) were having a fight in the parking lot, when they both left screaching their tires. We jumped in Mikes car and began chasing them through town because we wanted to see round 2. They were well in front of us as we approached the square when the stop light changed to red and Mike stood on it instead of stopping. We were pulled over by one of Martinsvilles finest and when he asked why we didn't stop, Mike replied, "I guess I just didn't feel like stopping". The first thing through my mind was "We're going to jail". Johns chin hit the floor board and I thought he was going to kill Mike. When the cop went back to his car John punched Mike in the arm at the same time I smacked him in the back of the head. He ended up getting off with a warning and we went back to Golden Corral and sat on the tail gate of my truck and continued drinking.

The first time I drove a car to school was in 8th grade.
Mr. Chastain, I spent alot of time with him outside of school. He was very good to me and a great mentor.
Mr. Harmon, he was always willing to talk and treated us like adults.
