Let's get this Forum started.....when you get a chance, add some of your most funniest moments at LHS.

There are some many great and funny moments at LHS. Tammy mentioned the incident when Ranata got caught cheating during a test in Mrs. Fraiser's class but the deal breaker was when Ranata immediately got up from her desk and blew LeAndria's cover by pulling out her cheat sheet from under her test in front of Mrs. Fraiser and everybody. I think everyone was speechless. I hate that happened to Meka. But you got to love Ranata (she was not going down by herself).

I remember that like it was yesterday...lol. It was so funny how Ranata jumped up. But remember, Artise, Shatoya and I were up front with our own cheat sheet, sitting at the computers...lol. Do you all remember how Tawanda used to spit on Mr. Ratliff's floor when she was pregnant...he was teaching one day and all a sudden, he yelled, "Tawanda, stop spitting on my floor!" Remember Mrs. Thomas used to sit on a cushion and who can forget Dot Bowers and Bertha fighting over Mr. Parson...lol.

I also remember when Sternique shot in the wrong basket. That was so funny. Artise, do you remember us taking extra juices out of the cafe in the mornings, when we were going to our early AP Econ/Govt. class. Only if Carolyn knew....lol. I will say this, the lunches we had back then were way better than what they serve in schools now. I still can see the red rice and sausage or the mac & cheese.

Potential Closing of Lincoln High School and McClellanville Middle:
If you all aren't aware, the Charleston County School District is proposing to close Lincoln High and McClellanville Middle at the end of this school year. I urge you all to call and voice your concerns at the school district offices and also let other alumni know, so that we can save our school. They want to bus our kids to Mt. Pleasant, which is not fair to them. They can easily move kids from Mt. Pleasant to McClellanville to boost the enrollment.
