DINNER CRUISE
Enjoy an unforgettable three hour cruise with breathtaking views of CharlestonHarbor, as you savor a three or four-course gourmet meal (prepared to order), table-side service, your favorite beverage and live entertainment.

· Two climate controlled dining salons, each seat 125 and up
· Private deck charters are available
· Live entertainment on both dining decks
· Full-service galley onboard, all meals prepared to order
· The Spirit of Carolina is beautifully appointed with two full-service bars, brass fixtures, oriental carpets, ten-foot ceilings, spacious dining decks, and expansive atrium windows
· The Spirit of Carolina departs from Patriots Point in Mt Pleasant, a five minute drive from the congestion of downtown Charleston
· Ample FREE parking is available
· Boarding begins at 6:30 PM, the Spirit of Carolina departs promptly at 7PM and returns to dock at 10PM

Fresh fish selected prepared by our chef, served with our roasted shallot mashed potatoes.
Honey Bourbon Glazed Stuffed Chicken
Chicken breast stuffed with a pecan apple cornbread dressing, Gullah rice and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Carolina Crabcakes
A delicious blend of succulent crab meat seasoned with our freshest ingredients and sautéed golden brown. Served with Gullah rice, fresh seasonal vegetables and a citrus beurre blanc.
Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits
Traditional Charleston sautéed shrimp and andouille sausage, served over creamy cheese grits with seasonal vegetables.
Grilled Beef Tenderloin
Served with roasted shallot mashed potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and Firestone Merlot bordelaise Sauce.
