Sean Butler

Since my school days, many things have changed with my profession and passions. What was once a dream to make it to Broadway or Hollywood has transformed into creating a family and working towards a career with the Allegheny County courts. I still perform in shows around the Pittsburgh area, most frequently at Serra's nearby neighbor: McKeesport Little Theater. My fiancé and I met at this theater, and we both have a seat on the Board of Directors of that company.

My fondest memory is not only the musical productions I took part in, but all of senior year. One day during Catholic Schools week, there was a Twin Day. For those that don't remember, that was when you and another person dress the same way. I decided to surprise my twin at the end of the day during chorus class. My twin happend to be the music teach at the time, Mr. Erick Gallagher. I put on a wig similar to his hair style, I painted on facial hair, and walked in on my knees with shoes strapped to them (he was considerably shorter than me). My fellow students loved it and laughed hysterically. Mr. Gallagher wasn't too happy at first, but I won him over in the end.
