After High school I went to "fire school" to get cert. Worked in the emergency medical field for 25 years (10 of thoes were in the Army world wide) as a border scout/ medic, field medic at training centers and durring "Opr. desert storm" and other fun and exciting places. After attendeding my advanced med training in Tx. I ran the ER dpt. and the ambulance dpt. at Ft. Campbell Ky.
Also ran 18 wheelers over the road for a bit worked as a mechanic and operated heavy equipment for a couple of years.
Now my "old Army injuries" have cought up with me and I've had to start taking it a little easy.
It feels strange being referred to as a "disabled veteran" at the VA but looking back...What an adventure it's been..... I missed the 10 year reunion due to "Desert Storm" and just couldent seem to get the time off to attend... I did get to visit some for the 20 year but not as much as I would have liked to so this year I hope to spend more time seeing everyone.

Remember the big ol dog in the library....it's still there there's a LOT of layers of paint on it now (prob 30 or so)
