After college I moved around a few times. I was hired by Piedmont airlines in 1984 and moved to North Carolina. Met a flight attendant and got married in 1991. Moved back to Minnesota in 1997. Still flying for the same "company" but after a many mergers we're now American Airlines. I'm presently a captain/check pilot on the Airbus 330 flying mostly to Europe. As some of you know all I ever wanted to do is fly planes. It's been a dream come true. Life is good!!

I retired in March after a 40 year airline career. I'm now working part time for Boeing teaching pilots to fly the 787.

Hi everyone, Sorry I missed the class reunion last year. Sounded like a lot of fun. I'm still flying internationally as a captain/check pilot on the Airbus 330. Loving every minute of it. Had to take some time off this year. I had a kidney transplant 2 months ago. I have a hereditary disease and I'm the 3rd one in the family to have a transplant. The good news is all is going great. My wife Janet was a life saver taking care of me through all of this. I hope to be back in the cockpit in January after a 6 month required wait. Joe
