Our Biology Teacher passed away recently:

 

Donald E. Kimbrell, 78 of Caldwell, died on Monday, March 7, 2011 at his home. Don was born November 24, 1932 at Scottsbluff, Nebraska a son of Samuel and Ethel Kimbrell. At a young age he moved to Caldwell, where he graduated from Caldwell High School and the College of Idaho. Don was also a veteran of the US Army. He was a school teacher at Meridian High School for many years until his retirement. Don married Dorothy Harney in 1971 at Winnemucca, NV. Don enjoyed raising and showing game cocks and through that he made many friends.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, 2 step-sons; Wayne Bull and Ken Bull, 4 step-daughters; Sharon Norris, Linda Matney, DaVonna Cada, and Debbie Shear, and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. At a later date the family will scatter Don's ashes in the mountains he loved.
