Fancy Macaroni n cheese

1 C raw macaroni (then cook)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 C Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 C Mayonnaise
4 oz. jar Chopped Pimento (not drained)
1 T Chopped Onion
Ritz Crackers and pats of butter

Mix all ingredients except Ritz Crackers. Crumble enough Ritz Crackers to cover casserole. Apply some pats of butter over crumbs. I have been told someone used French Fried Onions also which was good!
Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes or so until hot.
