Walter passed away in [I believe] January 2006 from an undetermined illness. He was survived by his parents and 2 sisters, Gail and Donna, and his brother Dave.

Notice of his passing was recorded in a St Mary's Church bulletin dated Sunday February 5th 2006, they do not state a date of death.
