Kay Day Kinsey passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri.  The following information has been sent to us, the Class of '74, from her daughter Lauren:

"We hate to ask but we are needing help. Our #1 priority is getting momma cremated and back to Texas. #2 is getting a budget moving truck to get her belongings and me and Zack back to Texas so we can get home and go through everything once we are there. Every little bit helps. Due to this being so unexpected I have been here and off work for almost 3 weeks and Zack 2 weeks. We just wanna get momma and her stuff back to Texas. And for those that don't know, she was moving in with me. Already had her stuff packed and boxed up and a plane ticket for Sunday July 15th. But then was found unresponsive Tuesday July 10th. This is really hard, but I know God will provide and I continue to trust in the Lord with ALL my heart!"

We are all devastated by the unexpectedly loss of our dear friend, mother, grandmother, sister, Kay Day Kinsey. She passed away on Friday 27th around 4:00 am, due to complications from meningitis that she contracted. She fought long and hard for three weeks and we are so proud of her!
