I remember Chris lived in a nice house near the church we attended until 5th grade. My girlfriends and I would volunteer to walk home when the weather was nice so we could walk past his house. We were hoping he would be outside or come out and talk to us because we all wanted to get to know him better. We never did see him as we walked past, but I always remembered our wish. He was easy on our little eyes.
