Hmm - Here's some common ground for the group - Bruce and I are married 37 years today - Marilynn was married 37 years last month. I'll bring a bakery prize to whoever has been married the longest and is attending the October 18th get together at the Granite City in St Louis Park 11 am. Count me in for the 18th. (I also replied on the "events" page.) Maybe two of us.Granite City is a favorite of Claudia's. Have to consult the work schedule for that time. Looking forward to seeing everyone. I still think about the great time we had.
Congrats to ALL who've had successful partnerships. It's not as easy as some might think.

Wish we could be there for the brunch on the 18th, it has been such an eventful fall what with the reunion in late summer and most of Sept on vacation riding the motorcycles around lake Superior and then the last two weeks riding across Wisconsin and to Door County we rode all the way home Wed the 30th, started in Sturgeon Bay (above Green Bay) at 33 degrees and rode across Wisc. thru StPaul Mpls (at rush hour) and then on across MN to N.Dakota and north to home...approx 650 miles I felt like my butt was anesthetized for the whole next day!!!! I told my husband we could have joined the "Iron Butt Club" if we had recorded our miles etc and added another couple hundred miles...NO NO NO now I know why its called the iron butt club...there is no feeling in the posterior portion of the anatomy after 400 miles! You all have a great time...maybe we can join in at the next get-to-gether...God Bless Cyn

Not ready for this yet. Still vivid memories of the Halloween storm of '91.
Did anyone notice the significant increase in precipitation following the Mon Vikes Victory? They were tears from the Packer fans, ha ha.

LES; Of course we will miss you and Mary on Sunday, but hopefully the next one in 3-4 months will work for you. All is well & greet Mary for me. Had a lunch with Jennifer Rolek, Dee Brayer & Jenny Claussens (a sophomore in Steno with us). OMG - what a great time - we had a 3hr lunch at Dangerfields. Great place for a Saturday afternoon group. Plenty of room and good choices for meals with popovers. Hoping to get the whole steno group together next. Connie - if you see a time you'll be in the cities ahead of time, we could set up for a Saturday Afternoon steno lunch.

What a wonderful time Sun. It was much needed and well deserved for Claudia and myself. I'm glad Claudia was able to meet you all and see why we enjoy getting together. She felt welcomed and fit right in. I know she'll want to attend future gatherings knowing what a great time we have. Looking forward to the next event and keeping in touch. You all take care. P.S. The correct spelling is ''sciatic nerve''. I've had it myself on occasion. I have a home remedy for it, but you have to be somewhat uninhibited or done by someone you are comfortable with. It does help. Call me if you want to know the procedure.

Bruce & I were out to Mystic last night. The remodel and bandstand is a big improvement. 'THE POWER OF 10' was playing, do you know them. We use to see them at the old Santorinis in St. Louis Park. Good music - lots from our time. Their Mustang Sally is sooooo great. Good health, good music to all - NO FLU!
