JOHN HAGA sent in a direct link to a HIS VIDEO of the IMPLOSION of the Ocean Towers condominium project on South Padre Island. The 31 story building shown in the video started to lean 2 years after it was first built and had to come down. It's the tallest building in the world to ever be imploded.
