Sitting around with a bunch of old farts sharing a bottle of Geritol spiked with prune juice. DON'T GET NO BETTER THAN THIS GUY'S.
LET'S SEE IF I CAN SUM UP MY LIFE SINCE 1964 FOR YOU. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD BE INTERESTED THOUGH.
1.WENT IN MILITARY. Now we know the military has a great sense of humor, so they sent me to the desert in west Texas.(it was hot) Then they sent me to Viet Nam. (it was really hot) Then they sent me to northern Florida. (it was hot)
2.Got married while in the service to a lovely woman who put up with me for ten years as we began our family. She finally smartened up.
3.Got married again to another lovely woman who put up with me for seven years. She also smartened up.
4.After the military adventure, I went to work for Howmet, CMI and Alcoa until 2003.
5.I raised my children and I must say that they are my greatest accomplishment.
6.Love life improved as I never remarried. So I enjoyed getting to know many fine members of the female persuasion over the years. Why love one when you can love them all?
7.Over the years I enjoyed Drag Racing, Golf, Hunting and Fishing. At the present, I fish Bass Tournaments with my son and keep my butt on the Harley as much as possible.
If you have loved, made someone laugh, helped someone in need, Kept the Lord in your heart, then you have been successful in life and have made a difference.
My greatest school story was that I graduated. To this day, I believe they made a mistake when they signed my diploma. There are many memories from school, but they usually ended in trouble. Which makes me want to thank a few of those challenged individuals such as: Bra, Willy, Sig, Cotton, Wally, Lynn, Bruce's (2), Bob, Ron, Rich, Terry, etc., etc.
I may have actually turned out successful if it weren't for the influence of the 1964 class. Sig, your poor dad couldn't believe that you drank alcohol when the police called him from the jail drunk tank. I can't remember too much about that night, but it must have been fun.
THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR THE MEMORIES.
Now for you ladies. Why the hell didn't you dress and act like the girls of today? School would have been so much more fun.
