

Alfonso DeCaito, 78, formerly of East Hanover, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2020. Alfonso was a US Army Veteran and worked over 30 years as a Supervisor with the US Post Office in Livingston. He was a lifelong member, District Deputy & Grand Exalted Ruler of the Livingston & Hopatcong Elks for over 40 years.
Devoted father of Stacey Mans. Cherished grandfather of Brianna, Rebecca, David and Kirsten. Dear brother of Madeline Borges, her husband Bill, Benny DeCaito and his wife Denise. Loving brother-in-law of Antoinette Breitenkam, her husband Fred, Dolores Querques, Frank Querques, his wife Annette, and Lucille Todd.
Alfonso is pre-deceased by his wife Connie (Querques) DeCaito and his parents Fred & Rose DeCaito.

Sad to hear the news of my childhood friend Allie..I lost touch over the years with allie but my memories of growing up I will always remember. I did not know his immediate family but certainly remember Benny and Madeline and of course Rosie and Pop...Condolencies to his family....Rest in Peace my friend...............peter
