It is with great sadness that I advise you that our classmate, Bonnie Madrid Castaneda Byrd, lost her life to cancer yesterday, April 26, 2021. Our deepest sympathies go out to her family and loved ones. Our thoughts and prayers go to each of you as we recall our happy memories of the times we had with Bonnie. We had such happy times together. Every picture I have of her had her amazing smile as she hugged us and shared happy times.

I am saddened hearing that Bonnie has lost her battle with cancer. she was such a beautiful, sweet lady. She always had a beautiful smile and beautiful personality. It's been a while since I had seen her, but she will always been in mind for the great memories. My condolenses to the family and friends. Rest in Peace sweet lady.

I will always remember Bonnie's wonderfullness. Her smile was beautiful and she was a kind and caring person. I am so grateful she was a part of our 1969 Wildcat family.
