Elizabeth Reyna (Betty), beloved daughter, devoted mother, caring grandmother, gracious sister and generous aunt, went to be with the Lord and rest with the angels on Saturday, May 5, 2007, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

Elizabeth was raised in Morenci, where she graduated from high school in 1968. She continued her education at the Eastern Arizona College, graduating in 1970 and then graduated from University of Arizona in 1972 with a degree in Spanish and secondary education. Soon after graduating from college, she began her career as a teacher at Nogales High School. Elizabeth continued teaching up to the time of her passing; her career as a teacher spanned 34 years. She inspired & touched the lives of hundreds of people. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Elizabeth is survived by 2 children, her parents, 5 brothers & sisters, 3 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
