Yes, Mom is still teaching at Oakland. I expect she will forever. As for me, working and managing 4 kids keeps me plenty busy. I get so tickled at how most of the friends I am still in contact with are just starting familes and I have one in college and one starting high school. WHERE DID THE TIME GO?! I can definitely say that trying to 'parent' teen-agers is no picnic - I'm so glad my parents didn't kill me before I got out of their house! Seriously, I have great kids. They are definitely the best part of me.

Where do I start? Most of my favorite school stories are ones I don't want my kids to know about. So for those of you who were there on those dark and inebriated nights.....I can't believe how lucky we were. Thank you DeAnna and Regina for the ride that night.

I guess one story that's is mentionable would be prom night. Sitting between Wade and John when they realized they had each others food and getting a plateful of bloody steak juice poured in my lap! Not sure what material my dress was made of but the juice just beaded up and ran off! Good steak though...good times.

Other mentionables would be working with Steve at first Wendy's then Burger King. Making me laugh on the way to the ER from Wendy's after I fell and we thought 'broke my arm'. Yeah - it wasn't broken.

Hanging with Tammi, Pat, Greg, Dave, Josh, Will, Chris, Donnie, Michelle, DeAnna, Regina, Lisa, and of course - Monica. Moni and I have remained life long friends - she has a new baby girl. For the rest of you - my heart finds you often and it makes me smile.
