More people are connecting on the www.Muscatine93.com website and we reached over 200 users!!!  More and more become are using social networking site to connect.

2008

Brand new website launched April 24th, 2008. www.Muscatine93.com

As many know, maintaining a dynamic and cool webpage over the years is a challenge and the Class of 1993 website is no different.  With that said, I came across classcreator.com and their FREE services. I simply secured a domain name and migrated all of the data from the old angelfire.com/ia/mhs93 site to this one!!   This new site adds massive value to helping the Class of '93 communicate since it is more similar to the Web 2.O social networking sites (myspace, facebook, etc..)   Yes, we also have a Facebook group page as well.

You can update your profile with photos, videos, you name it!  Plus there is a message forum as well.  One of the best features is the ability to send an invitation email to fellow classmate and let them know about this website! 

This website is THE communication vehicle for planning Class Reunions, posting comments, signing the guestbook,  sharing stories, photos, videos, taking polls/surveys, etc.

2004-2007
More people have signed the guestbook, minimal upgrades done on webpage and life is good!!!

2003   
The 10-year reunion was a success!!! Thanks to everyone who made it possible. 


2002  
The 10-year reunion committee was formed and news about the date was sent out in the e-mailing list and posted online.   65 alumni that have signed the guestbook for the year 2002 .  Overall, the guestbook has been signed and visited by over 200 alumni.  July 2002 major overhaul of website design.

2001  
The plea to alumni begins to go out through e-mails and posted on the site about the 10-year reunion coming up.  Over 65 alumni sign the guestbook. 

2000  
Many more features were added the site as a newsletter, alumni data, e-mails, chatroom and links to other sites.  35 more alumni sign the guestbook. 

1999  
The guestbook had 29 alumni sign in and there was mass e-mails sent out to almost 40 alumni to get them to spread the word.

1998  
05/04/1998 New guestbook put in place and first signed by webmaster David Kemp, 20 alumni signed into the guestbook, still able to be viewed. (Go to GUESTBOOK on the navigation of this website)

First posting on the New Guestbook since all the Old data was lost.

The website had generated about 12 signings in the guestbook. (Remember e-mail and Internet usage wasn't very widespread this year)

1995
Official Site for the Muscatine High School Class of 1993 Alumni created.  Dave Kemp came up with the idea after seeing Lance Lange's creation of a website for all classes (his site was also ran by Jeff McCulley, MHS '79) (note: The site sort of died off and hasn't been updated since Nov. 2001)
