I am somewhat appalled to learn that less than 6,000 people voted in the Muskogee mayoral election...isn't that something like one-sixth of the population of the city? I mentioned this to my brother who slyly said:"Remember, convicted felons and rude small fry can't vote!"

I hear my darling Great Aunt Dora (who headed up Convalescent Center Crackers for Chris, aka the CCCC) threatened to break a few oldsters' remaining limbs if they didn't at least mount their walking frames and get out to vote!

Dinky Links won second place in Crowd Pleaser BBQ. We donated our 250.00 to Benjie Gaston's kids college fund.
This was our first year with out my BFF there with me.

Are we doing something this weeekend? I have a case of SR211 ready. : )
