For those that haven't heard & knew Jim Loftin (class of "77), his mother passed away Tues. at the age of 82.  She had been suffering from Alzheimer's for quite some time.  Jim's been a true friend for over 35 years, and I'm deeply saddened by his loss.  Please keep him in your prayers this week.

Hey everyone.  I read two months posting on 2 pages.  Where is everyone?

Debbie, I will fill a box. 

Something that I found out after our last shipping was that there are some very artistic soldiers.  One thing that they use are charcoal, drawing books, paints and canvas.  Did you know that there is a museum on the east coast that collects these drawings and stores/shows them.

Not that it is over, but how was everyone's summer?  I have seen evidence of Sharee riding her Yamaha.  She is doing great, but still getting some pointers from Kenny at stop lights.   What are everyone's Labor Day plans?

My family and I recently went to the Choctaw casino in Durant.  Great time.  Super accomodations.  We loved the room, the oasis pool, and the machines.  It is a family resort.  Beautiful water creations, and ooooh  oooooh, the adult only  pool with the swim up bar.  Really neat place.  Much nicer than Winstar World Casino.
