whew. ok, i can't compete in the kitchen but i've been making something, too. you can get your own copy with a pack of gum stuck to it if you'll show up at cambryn's school party at 2:30. i won't be there. i have fever and a wicked sore throat. but don't worry...i found some oxycontin in the medicine cabinet. with my name on it, harshaw.

HELLO,ALL! Have been M.I.A. lo these many sad months of unemployment and DIRE financial circumstances, but thought I'd log on at a professional establishment for an hour or so and catch up w. all of you...Hope the holidays were great...Chris, I never did get that package off to you (good intentions, road to hell, and all that!), but i will and you will probably get a kick out of it... Leslie, thanks for the reminders of various folks' b'days, Steve Pierret's being the latest...So, happy birthday, Steve - long may you wave!! To all others whose b'days i've missed (haven't even LOOKED at a email in months!)...Happy Belated!

So, greetings Pam, Joanie, and Jules (aka the Leapfrog Gang) and many others.I've missed our camaraderie of the summer.Write and I'll get back to you before long!

Beautiful Joanie, how are you?? Well, I hope and trust! I read from some of these old messages that you, too, have been merely penny ante-ing up at the casinos...I'm poor as the proverbial church mouse and have only been able to spare chicken feed for months (and can hardly get a spin then! Oy f-ing vey, as they say in China!)...It has been a real winter of discontent for me...But I'm the eternal optimist, and before long, I'll be out of these doldrums, financial and otherwise...

What's this I hear about some sort of food 'throwdown'?? I am a pretty good cook, if I do say so myself! (Oh, that reminds me, do you still have those frozen blackberries or did you give them to someone else, probably assuming I'd dropped off the face of the earth?)

Well, that's it for today...I'll check in again tomorrow or the next day... but I did want to say that I recently ran into an old Muskogee Little Theatre cohort who,sadly, informed me that our beloved MHS drama coach for so many years(and who was also at the reunion this summer with her son, scott, our classmate), Joan "Mama" Murray, recently lost her husband, Clarence Hogan. I'm sure she would appreciate any messages of condolence (she is in the phone book).What a lovely, inspiring woman she has always been!

Hi all! Good news today at the clinic! Jimmy's bone marrow biopsy taken this week confirmed he is still in remission! We were getting a little nervous because his white blood counts and platelets have been so slow to come up this time. But tests confirm all new cells being made in the marrow are non-cancerous! We are all so relieved and happy today!

tama, I would LOVE to go to the rodeo (being a barrel racer from way back....with Kim Hine, too! some of the best memories of my youth) but would not want it to be any trouble for you. My daughter is coming in to see us in March and would LOVE to go see Brad Paisley....do you have connections?

Our son Zane has been blessed/cursed with lots of chest hair. He just walked into the room and proudly displayed his "new look" There on his chest is a heart. A hairy heart. He shaved his chest leaving only a heart. I'm sure his girlfriend will think he is the most romantic guy on earth, or a total dork.
