I was in Muskogee for several years after high school, working full-time and taking evening classes at Connors off and on. In 1984, I married one of our classmates, David Bayless. We moved to Norman in 1989 to finish school at OU where we both received
degrees in Management Information Systems (him in 1991, me in 1992).

We were married 15+ years before David passed away in April 2000. Since then, I remarried in 2021 and have 3 step-daughters.

I work as a Product Owner for a public health consulting company that is based in Arizona and am lucky that I've been able to work from my home for the past 25 years.

Mike is buried just a few feet away from my late husband, David Bayless at Sunset Memorial on Taft Road. Mike sat behind me in Mrs. Lunn's 10th grade English and we had some good times. That was the class he should have beer in after lunch on the day of the wreck. It was a sad, sad time for everyone.
