Happily a country girl ~ providing a home to 18 rescue dogs, multiple cats (some still feral, others formerly feral), and 7 pygmy goats. Our farm (Spirit Haven Farm) is also a nationally certified wildlife habitat. I had to retire from nursing due to Multiple Sclerosis and other health issues, so I now spend my time working with animals.
