All you former Dragon Athletes best get to the weight room and start jogging......My dad, Coach Gordon Brown and Coach Mike Johnston both are ready and excited to come to the reunion with me and my husband....They are already recalling stories from those great days and look forward to visiting with everyone. Johnny Mack lives very close to my dad in Elkins Lake in Huntsville and he loves seeing former players and reconnecting with them. He truly cares for each of you even if you did not think so when practice was going on !! Dad and Mike still work closely together on many Texas coaches endeavors and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.. Dad is 78 years old, plays golf several times a week, is turning one of our family farms in Limestone County into a wildlife and environmental haven which requires him to be there working like a young man several times a week and still manages to fundraise for many worthy causes as well as travels everywhere to watch our sons compete in sports.. I am blessed to have him around as he has been a great joy to my family. I look forward to seeing him and Coach Johnston shake hands and visit with so many of you. They are looking forward to June !!
