There's a hole in the floor of heaven today for I learned of the passing of a very special one of a kind friend. If you knew this man you were blessed. If you didn't, it is your loss. The man I'm speaking about is Tom Fogarty. Tom had an extreme love for family, friends, old dogs, the out doors and duck hunting and yes a sense of humor that was far beyond the normal human being. His heavy laugh would light up even the darkest room. And his baritone voice singing "Oh what a beautiful morning" could give you an appreciation for his love of life. Saying good-bye to this man for me leaves a vacancy in my heart that can never be filled. I can only say I was blessed to have known, sing, fish and stand in his company. He was loved!
