Served in the Marine Corp in Vietnam. Lived in Alaska and worked as a radiology technician. Retired and moved to Ephrata, WA to be near his daughter and grand-children. This information was provided by his sister, Linda Parker Dees.

Im with George, Charlie was so much fun to know. I met Charlie when he first came to Redwood. He was an interesting guy, funny and kind, sharp, loved music and one of the sweetest guys ever. I’m sure he enjoyed his life and was so sad to hear he’s gone.
